PPTshare Desktop Slide Manager is an excellent application that allows you to simultaneously extract all of the PPT slides that you have stored on your hard drive.

Slides are then grouped by presentation, and you can preview a thumbnail of each from the program's interface.

This helps you quickly and efficiently find any single slide, and also enables you to easily create new presentations using slides from several previous presentations.
